SmartVMA (Virtual Maintenance Advisor) Customer Management Program Walk-around Tablet
The productivity tool that every Owner, Fixed Ops, and/or Service manager has ever dreamed of having. Smart VMA is a web-based program that is designed to be used by service advisors and managers to control and increase productivity. Smart VMA works with existing DMS as a Virtual Service Advisor to recommend services at the service drive based on specific make scheduled maintenance, vehicle history, and current and/or previous inspections.

Warranty Programs
While some BG services are purely satisfaction based, others – such as the BG brake service kit (guaranteed to prevent brake squeal for the life of new pads) – are designed to eliminate costly customer come-backs and complaints. Warranty claims, while practically non-existent, are handled directly through us and require very little paper work.

Service Advisor Training
Knowledgeable and well trained service consultants are vital to the success of the BG maintenance program in your dealerships. Siegel Distributing Company will provide service advisor training by one of our full time trainers at no charge to you. Managers will be provided with tools needed to analyze and monitor service advisors for missed opportunities and performance improvement thus improving gross profits.
Tools and Equipment
Tools and equipment will be provided at no cost to your dealership on a loaner basis.
No investment in equipment translates into immediate profits to you. Inoperable equipment means lost revenue. Siegel Distributing Company will repair or replace broken equipment within 24 hours. We will train your technicians and service personnel in the proper use and safe operation of all BG tools and equipment. In return we asked that our equipment be used for the regular and proper installation of BG products purchased from Siegel Distributing Company.
Customer Retention
Studies show that many customers never return for service after their car is out of warranty.
The BG Protection Plan and the Siegel 1-2-3 Plus Program are two very effective tools designed to keep your customers coming back to your service department long after the warranty period has expired. Our service reminder program, BGProtectionPlan.com notifies your customers that their BG protection or roadside assistance is about to expire, helping to assure that your customers come back to your dealership for all of their service needs.
