• There are over 80 BG distributors world wide and Siegel Distributing Company has become one of the largest distributors in the world.
• That means that we are big enough to meet all of your needs when it comes to Customer pay maintenance. If you need something that you don’t see here please don’t hesitate to ask, there is a good chance that we either have it or can get it for you. We provide our customers with the most efficient and user friendly equipment in the industry, whether it is made by BG or someone else.
• We are distributors for all equipment that we provide, that means that we can always get parts for repairs. We have a full time staff in our warehouse and backup equipment. We will repair or replace down equipment within 24 hours.
• We are first and foremost a chemical company. We are what most would call a niche company. We sell to a clientele who demand quality and service. Our products are for professional use only and will not be sold to parts stores, Wal-Mart’s, or convenience stores. We cannot make a superior product and compete with department store prices. One more thing that we will not do is open a quick lube across the street from your dealership and sell the same services at a lower price.
• BG makes their own products and has it’s own test facilities. For many years we relied on others to test our fuel products. We find that while some Top Tier fuels may have enough additive to prevent deposits there are none that will actually clean a fuel system. We also found that many products on the market that have passed the test will help keep a system clean but will not remove carbon deposits from the intake valves or the combustion chamber. We have been able to develop products that will actually do what most others can only claim to do.
• Along with new technology comes new problems. BG has a rich history of solving problems created by new designs or stricter environmental regulations in the auto industry. What we offer cannot be developed over night, because of this commitment to excellence BG has historically had about a two year head start on most of the competition.
• It is the intangibles that set us apart, you will be serviced by a team rather than one sales person. Each team is made up of four members, some will do service advisor training while others may provide technical training to your technicians or profit reports to management.
